Eligibility and location limits

Wagering rules before cash-out

Deposited funds must be wagered before cash-out. For most games, the requirement is total bets, while table and live games require 10× total bets.

Bonuses, conduct, and anti-fraud

Disputes are handled by arbitration in Cyprus under Cyprus Civil Procedure Rules. Any claim related to the Terms must be filed within 1 year.

Refunds and dormant balances

Refund requests must arrive within 24 hours of the transaction, or within 30 days if you allege unauthorised access. Refunds may first offset the total deposited on cards, with any excess paid by another available method.

If you do not log in for 12 months, the account becomes inactive. A monthly admin fee may be deducted until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
